SimCentral has built on the success of the SimOxy and developed the SimCap Capnograph Simulator. SimCap can be used for simulating ventilated and spontaneously breathing patients. A sidestream capnograph tubing can be connected to a ventilated manikin, the breaths are detected by the simulator. It will display the appropriate waveform, respiratory rate and EtCO2 values.
